Made this Zupas Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup today! Easy and super yummy! It is so smooth and flavorful. (I actually liked it without the cheese too, but that definitely adds flavor in.) It is low carb, and could be low fat if you modify a few things. I don't think the flavor would be affected at all.
