Cut in half, then into squares (just down to skin). Season with butter, parmesan & Lawry's. Place in oven on aluminum foil-lined pan and BROIL for 10-15 mins. Enjoy!!!

Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside. In a medium sized salad bowl, layer in order the broccoli, cauliflower, cheese and bacon. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Mix in.
