cafe rio chicken – crock pot recipe 2 lbs chicken breasts 1/2 sm bottle of zesty Italian dressing 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic 1 pkt ranch dressing mix (mixed with 1/2 cup of water) 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder 1/2 Tbsp. ground cumin Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on High 5-6 hours OR on Low 8 hours-This was so good!

crock pot soup: can of rotel, can of corn, can of black beans (drained & rinsed), 2 frozen chicken breasts, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 packet dry ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours. Shred chicken, and enjoy!
